Theme Selection & Branding

Product Catalogue Setup

    • Each product can include a product description, one image and up to two variations (e.g. size, colour)
  • Additional product loading services are available as an optional extra.

Payment & Shipping Integration
  • We’ll configure and integrate a secure payment gateway (e.g. PayFast, PayPal, or Yoco).
  • If needed, we’ll assist with integrating a shipping or courier plugin to streamline your delivery process.

Five Custom Content Pages

Content Creation
Our content writers can assist in creating web content for the new website. The cost to do this is R850.00 per page.

Website Maintenance
The setup cost quoted above is only for the design and set-up of a Responsive WordPress CMS website that you can manage and update internally. Should you require assistance updating content and images, this is charged separately at R650.00 per hour.

WordPress Software Updates
As with any software, WordPress and the plugins used must be updated regularly to ensure the security and longevity of the website. We strongly recommend that this be done regularly. The options available are:
  • Monthly Updates – 30 minutes at R325.00 (hourly rate of R650.00)
  • Quarterly Updates – 2 hours at R650.00 per hour

Website and Email Transfer Fee (if applicable):
Assistance in transferring website content and syncing emails is charged at R650 per hour. The time required will depend on the number of email accounts that have to be synced. Below is a breakdown of estimated times:
  • Migration of website – 1 hour
  • Email sync – 30 minutes per account

  • Website management training is not included in the base package but can be arranged at an additional cost.

Theme Customization
  • The selected theme includes basic branding setup (logo, colors, fonts).

Page Limit & Expansion
  • The package includes five standard web pages.
  • Additional pages can be quoted and added at a separate rate.

Content & Media
  • Clients are responsible for supplying all text content and images in digital format.

Theme Licensing
